Archie Riby-Williams, Founder & CEO

With over 18 years in the London property business, Archie Riby–Williams has first–hand experience of the many unique aspects of buying and selling property in one of the world’s most dynamic and exclusive property markets. His comprehensive knowledge of the central London property sector encompasses everything from development of hotels and residential properties, to sales and lettings and property management. Archie’s passion for the business led him to set up Portman Heritage in 1992, with the aim of providing professional, high quality property services to select clients looking to invest in the capital.

Sophie Jaggs, Associate Director

Since leaving university with an architecture degree, Sophie has become a key member of the Portman Heritage team. Her extensive knowledge of central London and a family background in property investment, has provided her with all the right credentials for the business. As well as seeking out potential property investments for clients, Sophie is also responsible for managing the development of properties acquired by Portman Heritage — this includes everything from working on architectural plans, to overseeing contractors and interior design. Sophie’s unique blend of skills ensures the end result is a property that not only looks outstanding but will also return a good dividend for the investor.

Victoria Gannon

Having left university with a business studies degree and experience in the international property market, Victoria joined Portman Heritage as a member of the sales and letting team and is involved in all aspects of finding, selling and letting properties for clients. Victoria possesses a keen and enthusiastic nature, combined with a good understanding of the residential property sector both in the UK and abroad.

Gabriela Kulichova

Gabriela’s background in events management has provided her with all the right credentials to fulfil her role at Portman Heritage. With responsibility for the day–to–day organisation and smooth running of the firm’s property and development workload, Gabriela plays a key part in the business. In addition, she also oversees the ongoing management of Portman Heritage’s growing portfolio of client properties.

 

Jalpesh Thakrar

Project & Logistics Manager. Jal handles all our development work with emphasis on Technical Data and Audio Visual integration installations.
